For custom-made products or services, processing may begin only after we receive the required information, files, specifications, approvals, or payment.

Available shipping destinations may vary by product, service, customer type, and applicable import or regulatory requirements. If your destination is not supported or requires additional steps, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

 

4. Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

Shipping fees, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery times will be communicated before payment or final order confirmation, depending on the sales channel used.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, import procedures, carrier delays, local holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

For digital dental workflows, design support, subscriptions, support services, or other non-physical services, delivery may be completed through email, online access, direct support, service activation, or another agreed method.
