This Cancellation Policy explains when orders, subscriptions, deposits, or services from JustScan, operated by GLOUD PTE. LTD., may be cancelled.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
Cancellation may be possible before production, preparation, customization, shipping, or service performance has started.
2. Custom-Made Products and Services
For custom-made products or services, cancellation may not be available once design, production, preparation, or service performance has started, unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by us.
3. Shipped Orders
If an order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. The Return Policy or Refund Policy may apply depending on the circumstances.
4. Subscriptions
If subscriptions are offered, customers may cancel according to the subscription terms displayed or communicated at the time of purchase. Cancellation may stop future billing but may not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
5. Deposits
If deposits are required for products, services, reservations, or custom work, the applicable deposit terms will be displayed or communicated before payment. Deposits may be non-refundable once work, preparation, or allocation of resources has started, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
6. How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, contact support@gloud.io with:
- Your name and company name
- Order number, invoice number, or payment reference
- Reason for cancellation
- Any relevant supporting information
