This Return Policy explains when products purchased from JustScan, operated by GLOUD PTE. LTD., may be eligible for return.
1. General Return Principle
Return eligibility depends on the product type, condition, customization status, and reason for return.
2. Custom-Made Products
Custom-made dental products, restorations, appliances, or other items produced based on customer-provided information, scan data, specifications, or design instructions may not be returnable unless defective, incorrectly produced due to our error, or required by applicable law.
3. Consumables
Consumables may not be returnable if they have been opened, used, damaged, altered, contaminated, or are not in resalable condition, unless defective or required by applicable law.
4. Returnable Cases
A return may be considered if:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item does not match the confirmed order due to our error
- Return is required under applicable law
- We approve the return after reviewing the circumstances
5. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Custom-made products after production
- Opened or used consumables
- Items damaged after delivery
- Products ordered using incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information
- Products that cannot be safely or legally returned
6. How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact support@gloud.io with:
- Your name and company name
- Order number, invoice number, or payment reference
- Reason for the return request
- Photos or supporting information, if applicable
Do not send any product back unless we confirm the return process and return address.
7. Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility will depend on the reason for return. If the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we may provide instructions for return handling. In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
